The use of these chains promotes weight gain when greater force can be exerted, while they do not interfere with the initial part of the stroke when less weight can be lifted. Made of galvanized steel, they are 180 cm long and include clamps for attachment to the Olympic bar. They are sold in pairs. Bracket and bar are not included.
