New goalkeeper equipment

What is the Goalkeepers' selection on Foot-Store?

The Goalkeepers' selection gathers all the equipment dedicated to the goalkeeper position, for both adults and children. You'll find goalkeeper gloves, specific jerseys and shorts, complete sets, protective gear, and maintenance products from well-known brands for this position like Uhlsport, Reusch, T1TAN, and Rinat, along with the goalkeeper lines from Nike, adidas, and Joma.

How to choose your goalkeeper gloves?

The choice of gloves mainly depends on the level of play and field conditions rather than just the brand. Some models focus on grip in all conditions, while others prioritise finger protection for goalkeepers who frequently come into contact with the ball. The Gloves page brings together all the available pairs, from training models to gloves designed for competition.

What textiles for a goalkeeper?

Goalkeeper textiles differ from field attire because of their cut and reinforcements, designed for support on the ground and diving. The category includes long-sleeved jerseys from major clubs, reinforced shorts and trousers, as well as complete sets to equip a goalkeeper from head to toe. You can find all these pieces on the Textiles page.

Why wear specific protections for the goalkeeper position?

The goalkeeper position exposes players more to impacts, repeated pressures, and abrasions on the ground, which is why dedicated protections are important, distinct from those worn in field play. The Protections page showcases equipment designed to limit these risks, to be paired with gloves and textiles according to the player's needs.

Gloves, textiles, protections: the categories of the Goalkeepers' selection

To save time, here are the pages that make up this selection, each focused on a specific type of equipment:

• The Gloves page, to find a pair suitable for one's level and playing conditions.
• The Textiles page, which brings together long-sleeved jerseys, shorts, trousers, and goalkeeper sets.
• The Protections page, for safety equipment specific to the position.

If you are looking in the direction of other positions or a different realm, the Shoes, the Teams pages, and the Children section complete the site's offering, as well as the new Lifestyle and Running.

Where to find good deals on goalkeeper equipment?

The site offers several permanent sections useful for keeping track of opportunities on goalkeeper equipment: the Good Deals and Special Offers pages group the items to watch out for, the Clearance page allows spotting end-of-line items, and the Sales page takes over during discount periods. The Black Friday remains the first major event of the year, followed by the end-of-year holidays, winter sales, and the French Days in spring: these are the best times to renew your goalkeeper equipment. For urgent needs, the Shipped in 24h page gathers the references available quickly, and its dedicated version for new items can be found at Shipped in 24h (new arrivals). Finally, the New Arrivals page allows you to keep up with the latest collections as they are released.

Frequently asked questions

Where to find cheap goalkeeper gloves?

Cheap goalkeeper gloves are mainly found in the Good Deals and Clearance pages, where pairs that are end-of-line regularly appear. The Gloves page remains the reference for comparing all the available models, regardless of the budget.

Are there club goalkeeper jerseys on sale?

Goalkeeper jerseys from major clubs, including those available in long sleeves for younger players, sometimes appear in the site's promotions. It is useful to check the Sales page and the Textiles page to keep track of the models currently in the catalogue.

What is the difference between a goalkeeper set and separately purchased items?

A goalkeeper set includes several coordinated pieces, such as shorts and a jersey, making it easier to choose when starting out. Buying items separately, on the other hand, allows you to compose your outfit according to your specific preferences, for example, by pairing trousers from one brand with a jersey from another. Both options can be found on the Textiles page.

When do the sales on goalkeeper equipment start?

The sale periods follow the legal calendar for winter and summer sales, supplemented by occasional promotions such as Black Friday or French Days. The Sales page remains the most reliable reference point to know if a discount period is ongoing.

Are there goalkeeper outfits suitable for children?

Yes, the selection includes children's sizes across several types of products, notably shorts and long-sleeve jerseys in the colours of major clubs. These items are mixed with adult models on the Textiles page, so it's essential to check the size indicated on each product sheet before finalising your choice.
