Balance trainer Aero-Step One

Training device for balance to improve strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Also suitable for prevention and physiotherapy. The air-filled training device, individually adjustable for balance and coordination, is particularly well-suited for training the feet and leg axis in fitness and therapy. The red version is made from a slightly firmer material and is therefore relatively stable and easier to use. The Aero-Step One in anthracite is generally softer and thus less stable. The air pressure can be regulated for both devices via a needle valve. The robust balance pads can also be used outdoors and with shoes.
