tanga sports® TPU rubber-coated weight plates are ideal for training at all levels. Thanks to the rubber coating, the discs are rustproof, durable and quiet. The weight plates have a 50 mm hole for Olympic bars and barbells. Side recesses make the discs easy to grip, enabling them to be used as weights for free exercises without dumbbells.
