The plates are made from premium materials. They are covered with a special thick rubber that absorbs shocks, so that dropping plates won't damage the floor. Depending on the weight, the BBR plates HMS reach 75-96 points on the Shore scale. This means the plates are much harder than cheaper rubber plates available on the market. The weight and dimensions of each plate are calibrated. This means the weight of the disc falls within a range of +0.5% to -0.5%. The inner diameter has been adapted to fit Olympic bars. Precise manufacturing ensures the stability of weights during intense training sessions.
